Here lies the terms and conditions (the “Terms”), which you can utilise the Kavanaghshome website www.kavanaghshome.ie (the “Website”). Accessing, browsing, and registering to cookies is defined as utilising.
- All prices are in EURO and include VAT
- None of the terms and conditions below affect your statutory right as a customer.

- It is important to check your Order details thoroughly before submitting your order. Once an order has been made, changes cannot be made.
- Once an order has been placed an automatic confirmation email of the order will be sent to you but this is not deemed to be confirmation that your offer to purchase the items has been accepted by Kavanagh’s. Once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched there be a contract of purchase between KK Interiors and you the customer.
- Once an order has been placed and has been shipped from us, we do not have the ability to change the delivery address. It is important to note delivery prices and charges in the Delivery Information section
- Delivery is based on an approximate date only. Delivery may be subject to change. Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days but can be longer during peak season, ie Christmas. Rug deliveries take 3-5 working days. Rugs will be delivered via An Post.
- We reserve the right for a change of availability and prices without notice. Delivery charges will only be applied where the purchase order amount is appropriate.
- For certain items for example Blinds, Poles and Cushion Fillers which are bulky and require additional shipping costs there will be a charge on these even if over the free shipping cost of €70 stated on the website. You will be notified of this by email after the purchase to let you know. If you do not wish to pay this cost, we will provide a refund on the purchase.
- At any time we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. If there is a pricing error at any time on our website, we will inform the customer of this error and we will provide a refund or if the customer still wants the item, we will ask them to pay the correct price.
- Should a delivery be delayed by more than 21 days or 15 working days, and cannot be found, the item will be deemed lost and you have the right to cancel the order and to refuse the acceptance of the order. This will need to be communicated to us by phone or email. Upon satisfactory investigation from our side we will refund you the full amount of money for the items and also any associated delivery costs. No refund can be made until the 21 days or 15 working days is up. Kavanagh’s reserve the right for sign off which confirms that the products were not received before a refund of monies owed can be made. Acceptance of all items will be made at delivery with the completion of a sign off form by the courier, so it is important to get the items delivered and addressed to you the customer. - While promotions are running, only one promotions code can be used against an order. Only promotion codes that are for online sales can be used against online sales and not used as against in store promotions.
- Should you receive a wrong item to that was ordered, Kavanagh’s will provide a full refund for the item and also a refund on any delivery charges associated once the item has been sent back along with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Should you wish to make a complaint, please do so by email to and these will be acknowledged within 3 working days to address the issue and to pursue a remediation plan.
- From time to time the website may not be fully up to date in terms of available stock. Therefore by making a purchase of a product/products does not guarantee the sale as we may not have the items in stock, especially at peak season, ie Christmas. If we don't have the products chosen in stock, we will notify the customer who can alter the order or we will provide a full refund within 5 working days.
- Please allow 3-5 days for the delivery of Rugs and will be dispatched via the An Post Service in most cases, not Fastway Couriers.
