Delivery Information

Kavanagh’s offers FREE delivery using Fastway Couriers to any address in Ireland on all orders over €70.00 or you can also use our instore collection service at any of our stores. 

Delivery Policy and Service 

1. Kavanagh’s partner with Fastway Couriers for the delivery of almost all products. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days excluding Bank Holidays and National Holidays which are not classified as working days. However at this time of Covid 19 Orders are taking from 7 to 10 working days to complete depending on your purchased items. 
   
   
2. It is expected upon us and Fastway Couriers to meet the 7 to 10 working days delivery (not including the day on which the order was placed) on all orders unless there is a product that is out of stock on a temporary basis. If this is the case we will make contact with you to offer an alternative or give you an expected delivery date for the desired product. 
   
   
3. All orders are delivered between 7:30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday so it is important that someone is available at the assigned address to accept the order from the courier. Orders are sent as recorded delivery and will need a signature upon delivery to the desired address. Please note that Rugs are delivered via the DPD delivery service. Please ensure you include your email address and phone number so DPD can contact you with regards your delivery.
   
   
4. Any orders that are made must be deliverable to the address stated at the time of purchase. Sometimes it may be easier to have the package delivered to your work address if there is no one going to be at home to accept and sign for the delivery during business delivery hours. During the order process it is important to fulfill the phone number field so that Fastway Couriers can contact you should a delivery time or address need to be confirmed. 
   
   
5. During Christmas when sales are large, there may be a delay in delivery time. Deliveries may take 7-10 working days to process.

6. Rug orders can take up to 2-5 days to process and deliver. Rugs are delivered via DPD Couriers. 

7. Delivery within all 32 counties of Ireland is a flat charge of €6.95 for any purchases under €70.00. For any purchases over €70.00 delivery is FREE.

8. If you require any tracking details on your order, please email sales@kavanaghshome.ie, quoting your name and order reference

number.

9. Should you encounter any problems regards deliveries please feel free to contact us by phone or by email using the “Contact Us” tab. If the order has left us and with Fastway Couriers it is best to make contact with them directly through their website. We are available to accept calls from 9:00 to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday inclusive. 

10. UK Orders take 3-5 working days which costs €19.95. Some items cannot be shipped including Curtain Poles, some types of Blinds, Glassware and Pottery.

In Store Collection Policy (Free Click and Collect)

Should you make a purchase online and would like to collect at your most local store, we will make contact with once the order is available for collection which is generally 3 - 5 working days and collection can be made then.
