What is the cost of delivery?

• There is no charge of delivery for online order that you opt to collect at one of our 5 stores (Click & Collect Service)
• Delivery is FREE on all orders over €70.00 
• Delivery Orders that are less than €70.00 is subject to a delivery cost of €6.95

When can I expect my order? 

Instore collections

Instore collections will be available within 3-7 working days once the order has been processed online. You will be contacted by Customer Service once your collection is ready via email or phone call. In some cases it will be sooner. 

Online Home Delivery 

All online deliveries are processed and dispatched with 3 working days. Therefore you should receive your order with 3-5 working days. Orders at Christmas time can take minimum 5-8 working days to process.

If I have an online promotion code, where should I submit this? 

If you have an online promotion code which is used for a discount or offer, you can submit upon checkout in the cart page.

Can I get my package delivered to my work address? 

Yes we can deliver your order to your work address as long as you disclose this address for delivery and that there will be someone there to sign for the order. 

What happens if I don’t receive my order? 

If you don’t receive your order within 7-10 working days, please contact us by phone or email so we can investigate the delay.

I need to change an item on my order? 

We cannot change the order once it has been processed online. However where possible we can help by contacting our customer service team. 

A product that I received is faulty or damaged?
