1. Kavanagh’s partners with Fastway Couriers for the delivery of almost all products. Delivery from Kavanagh’s processing the order usually takes between 3-5 working days excluding bank holidays and national holidays, which are not classified as working days.
2. It is expected upon us and Fastway Couriers to meet the 3-5 working days delivery (not including the day on which the order was placed) on all orders unless there is a product that is temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you to offer an alternative or give you an expected delivery date for the desired product.
3. All orders are delivered between 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday so it is important that someone is available at the assigned address to accept the order from the courier. Orders are sent as recorded delivery and will need a signature upon delivery to the desired address. Please note that rugs are delivered via the DPD delivery service. Please ensure you include your email address and phone number so DPD can contact you about your delivery.
4. Any orders made must be deliverable to the address stated at the time of purchase. Sometimes it may be easier to have the package delivered to your work address if there will be no one at home to accept and sign for the delivery during business delivery hours. During the order process it is important to fulfil the phone number field so that Fastway Couriers can contact you if a delivery time or address needs to be confirmed.
5. During Christmas when sales are large, there may be a delay in delivery time. Deliveries may take 7-10 working days to process
6. Delivery within all 32 counties of Ireland is a flat charge of €6.95 for any purchases under €70.00. For any purchases over €70.00 delivery is FREE.
7. Certain items such as blinds, poles and cushion fillers are bulky and require additional shipping costs. There will be a charge on these even if their price is over the free shipping cost of €70 stated on the website. You will be notified of this by email after the purchase to let you know. If you do not wish to pay this cost, we will provide a refund on the purchase, or the items can be collected at one of our stores.

9. If you encounter any problems regarding your deliveries, please contact us by phone or by email using the Contact us tab. If the order has left us and is with Fastway Couriers it is best to contact them directly through their website. We are available to accept calls from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
10. UK orders take 3-5 working days and cost €19.95. Some items cannot be shipped to the UK, including curtain poles, some types of blinds, glassware and pottery.

If you make a purchase online and would like to collect at your closest store, we will contact you once the order is available for collection, which is generally 3-5 working days.
